I’m an attorney and lecturer. I provide trainings for businesses and organizations about employment and labor law topics. I also provide expert witness testimony and consulting regarding addressing microaggressions in the workplace, HR policies, workplace investigations and bias in the workplace. I serve as the Director of TCA Forums and Instructions, LLC.

My training and expert witness testimony focuses on the historical context that makes certain phrases offensive in an effort to help participants understand the harm and unique perspective of marginalized groups.
